This Issey MaxiZip is the premium sunshade for conservatories, pergola and patios. The MaxiZip is designed to withstand high wind areas. The main feature of this product is that the fabric is locked into the track by the means of a zip. That means with the MaxiZip flapping of fabric is a thing of the past. The tensioning device is located inside the tracks.
The Issey MaxiZip offers the possibility to install on top or underneath the frame. If necessary the MaxiZip can be fitted with a blackout fabric, when total darkness is required. It’s fitted with an integrated gutter in the bottom bar and for rain protection an inclination of 15 degrees is required.
The multi-functional Issey MaxiZip fits in with any architectural style thanks to its availability in various customisation options. MaxiZip Pergo is a freestanding design, where the head box is installed against a support structure; the tracks are the supported columns, either at the end or before the end to create an overhang.
As an option, the integrated Vario-Valence located at the end of the track can obstruct low sun light. LED lighting can be integrated as optional for evening entertainment with the MaxiZip.

A range of practical optional weather sensors makes the motorised MaxiZip easy to operate conveniently while extending its lifetime when fitted with the sun, wind or rain sensor.
The MaxiZip has the fabric secured to the side guides by a series of zips that run along a PVC profile. The series of stainless steel ensures perfect tension along both sides of the fabric. The fabrics are trendsetting and long-lasting colours that take your breath away. Issey fabrics stay looking attractive as the high quality pigments are already embedded into the basic fibres. A wide selection of colours and patterns are available with outstanding durability and colour fastness. For optimum blackout the acrylic fabrics are able to block 99.5% of the sun. While the screen fabrics range from 86% to 96% density blackout. Both acrylic and screen fabric provide heat, glare and UV protection. They are directly influenced by the colour of the fabric. The screen fabric is also rot and fungus proof and prevents dirt from building up.
